i am an ele/me i am doin air magic energy storage and domination magic for mesmer. Can you tell me some of the best spells to use wid this build ?

i need help

Im presently trying out a mesmer/air ele, so very similar and
I find Chain lightning to be one of the greatest. ( lightning usualy
as a 25% armor penetration ) But I also preffer Backfire and amphaty.
those 2 are lovely in HoH.
